Terms of Service

Pražský Zubař is an online directory platform for dental clinics in Prague. A listing on this platform does not constitute an endorsement of any clinic or the quality of dental care provided. The operator reserves the right to remove any listing that violates these terms.

• Users are responsible for the accuracy of all information provided.
• False or misleading clinic information is grounds for immediate account termination without refund.
• One account per clinic unless an agency account has been set up to manage multiple clinics.

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, in advance.
• Trial period: 30 days free. No charge until the trial period ends.
• Prices are in CZK including VAT.
• Payments are processed by Stripe — the operator never stores card details.
• Annual subscriptions are billed as a single upfront payment.
• Price changes will be communicated by email at least 30 days in advance.

• Users can cancel at any time via the Stripe portal in the dashboard.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.
• After cancellation, the account reverts to the free Basic tier — the clinic remains listed but loses paid features.
• Annual subscriptions: no refund after the 14-day cooling-off period from the initial purchase.
• The 14-day cooling-off period applies only to the first purchase per EU consumer law.

• Trial period = no charge. Cancel before the trial ends at zero cost.
• After the trial ends and the first charge is processed: no refunds except where required by law.
• Refund requests must be submitted to info@prazskyzubar.cz within 14 days of the charge.
• The operator reserves the right to grant discretionary refunds on a case-by-case basis.
• Chargebacks initiated without first contacting the operator may result in account suspension.

• The operator may suspend or terminate accounts for: false information, abusive behaviour, non-payment, or violation of these terms.
• The operator may modify or discontinue any feature with 30 days' notice.
• The operator is not liable for loss of business, revenue, or patients resulting from listing or removal from the directory.
• The operator is not liable for technical outages beyond reasonable control (force majeure).
• Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the user in the last 3 months.

• The clinic owner is responsible for the accuracy of all profile content.
• The operator may edit or remove content that is misleading, offensive, or violates these terms.
• By uploading photos, the clinic owner confirms they own the rights to the images.

• These terms are governed by Czech law.
• Disputes will first be attempted via email to info@prazskyzubar.cz.
• If unresolved, the courts of Praha 1 shall have jurisdiction.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
